Green Way Fuels is proud to be a family run company.  As such we are advocates for change.  We believe that in order to create real change,  people need to have access to real alternatives. By providing our fellow Albertans with locally produced biodiesel using readily available non-food sources, we hope to be that vehicle for change and an example to industry!

Our story began over two years ago.  As a familiar discussion of rising fuel prices and our concerns for our increasingly fragile environment ensued, our conversation turned to alternatives. 
If we could do something, what would we do?  That one question lead to the birth of our company.  Green Way Fuels.

Short Term Plan

Green Way Fuels will open Alberta's first biodiesel retail station in Turner Valley, Alberta. It will be an unmanned cardlock station with debit, credit, and fleet card capabilities, opening late summer 2008. We are looking forward to bridging the gap between our new Alberta Biodiesel producers and our fellow Albertan consumers!

With the rich oil and gas history of the area we feel it only appropriate to establish the first alternative fuel retail market where our petroleum market began in 1913.

Long Term Goals

Green Way Fuels has ambitious goals!  We want not only to become a leader in the retail alternative fuels market, but to also be an active force in education and the advancement of environmentally responsible technologies.  From large scale environmentally responsible retail stations, offering both Biodiesel and Flex Fue,l to initiating active learning in local schools with an emphasis on encouraging the development of environmentally responsible technologies.  We will be a resource and reference to students of all ages.
